At GGM Gastro, we strive to ensure your kitchen equipment meets the highest standards, but if you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all products remain in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Log into your customer account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and submit a request.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Place the items back in their original shipping boxes, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective padding are included.
- 3.Ship the Goods
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a professional pickup for heavy equipment.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
